Whether it be supporting Family Dentistry of Neosho, answering any questions you may have, or giving you warm smiles and happy hugs, our team ensures you experience nothing less than a stellar experience. CASSIE CHARLTON, OFFICE MANAGER

Cassie graduated from Neosho High School in 2001 and has worked for Dr. Reagan since April 2013. Cassie and her husband, Darren, have two handsome boys, Cooper and Coleman. She is always busy chasing her two boys and they all enjoy camping and spending time on the water.

When it comes to her career, Cassie says, “I love to meet new people and get to know our patients. I enjoy the daily challenge of meeting the needs of our FDN family.”

CINDY BRANSCUM, MARKETING ASSISTANT

Cindy grew up in Rogers, AR. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education and Master’s in Education from Western Illinois University; and a Specialist in Education Administration from Missouri State University. Cindy began working for Family Dentistry in January 2018.

Cindy has lived in Neosho since 1988 with her husband Mark and two sons, Tony and Jon. She was an educator for the Neosho School District for many years and retired from Crowder College as Director of Institutional Advancement. Cindy and Mark love spending time with the boys and their families (two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren).

When it comes to FDN, Cindy says, “As a career educator, it is a great opportunity to learn about a new industry and to help educate others about health and wellness.”

DESIREE GODBERSEN, CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Desiree is a dedicated dental professional, community leader, and wellness enthusiast who is passionate about helping patients feel welcome at our office. She obtained her BA degree from the University of San Diego in 2001 and her M.B.A. from Webster’s University in 2006.She and her husband, Dr. Scott Godbersen, have called Neosho home for almost 20 years.  He is the owner operator of 1st Choice Chiropractic Center and together they are proud parents to two incredible teenagers, Kaylin and Kaleb.

Outside of work, Desiree spends her time serving on the Neosho Area of Chamber Commerce board, volunteering with the Children’s Center in Joplin, or attending her local P.E.O. Chapter meetings. She enjoys staying active through fitness and hiking, getting lost in a great book, traveling, or cheering for her kids at sporting events and celebrating their academic milestones.

ALYSSA NEWMAN, OFFICE ASSISTANT

KELLY CHANCE, CLINICAL ASSISTANT

Kelly was born and raised in Willow Springs, MO where she graduated from high school and then moved to Carthage in 1996. She has worked in the dental profession since 1996. She and her husband, Devon, enjoy time with family. Most of her career she has worked as a certified dental assistant, taught as the KCU Dental Lab, and most recently has worked at the front desk. We are fortunate to have her now managing the FDN sterilization center.
 
She is an avid reader, enjoys time with family, making jewelry and taking care of her spoiled, four-legged friend!
 
When it comes to her career, “I enjoy serving others, and my goal is to build trust of our patients and bring a smile to their fact.”

SHANNON LESTER, CDA, EF

Shannon completed her dental assistant program at Vatterott College and has over 18 years of dental experience. She has earned expanded function certification, as well as, numerous other certifications. Dentistry is her passion!

Spending time with her husband, Bradley and son, Logan River while hunting, hiking, fishing, and family movie nights make up her favorite things to do during her free time.

JENNY VASQUEZ, CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Jenny moved to Neosho in 2008 from southern Texas after high school graduation. Jenny has three children: Lylah, Jaxon, and Zane. On her free weekends, she stays busy helping with readiness checkups for service members. She is currently apprenticing for her cosmetic tattooing license.
 
Jenny has been a dental assistant since 2010 and enjoys being the support during dental procedures. She has expanded function certification and many years of experience with prosthetics and dental implants.

PERI REAGAN, DENTAL ASSISTANT

Peri graduated with a bachelor of arts degree and a bachelor of social work degree in 2022 from Harding University. She completed her master’s degree in social work in 2023 from the University of Arkansas.
 
Peri is a licensed therapist in the State of Arkansas and currently resides in Springdale, AR. Peri is excited to further her knowledge in dentistry at the practice where she grew up through hands on learning and training.
 
In her free time, Peri enjoys playing with her sweet, fluffy dog Lola, and attending book club with friends and exploring NWA. When it comes to her career, Peri says, “It is important to be a life long learner by prioritizing growth and curiosity. I love FDN’s devotion to encompassing wellness in all aspects of our patients’ lives.”

KIM SMITH, RDH

Kim is a native of Neosho, MO and graduated Neosho High School in 1995. Kim played basketball and completed her Associates Degree at Crowder College She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Missouri Southern State University in 2000 and then graduated with her Dental Hygiene degree in 2002. She has worked for Dr. Reagan since 2004 as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Kim resides in Neosho with her husband, Branden, and three children, Kael, Kanten and Kynden. She stays busy with her family, church, school activities; watching the kids play baseball, softball, dance, football, and basketball. In her free time, she enjoys sports, swimming, and shopping.

When it comes to her career, Kim says, “I enjoy teaching people about the importance of oral health and wellness. It makes such a difference in their long term health. What I can teach them and the support I can provide is simple, but is complex in the difference it can make in their life.”

 

LAUREN MASSEY, RDH, CDA, EF

Lauren grew up in Jefferson City, MO. She graduated from Helias High School and Ozark Technical College, Springfield, MO completing degrees in Dental Assistant and Dental Hygiene. After practicing in Springfield for nine years, Lauren joined Family Dentistry of Neosho in January 2022.

Neosho is a
great place to call home with husband Josh. You can find Lauren enjoying the beautiful Ozark outdoors! She loves to fish, hunt, golf and travel with friends and family!
 

When it comes to FDN, Lauren says, “It’s all about the patients. I love meeting so many wonderful people in our community and doing everything I can to keep them healthy and smiling!”

JAN BACHER, RDH

Jan grew up in southwest Missouri and graduated high school from Aurora, MO. She and husband, Bruce, moved to Tulsa where Jan graduated from dental assisting school and eventually completed the dental hygiene program at Tulsa Community College. Jan has over 35 years of experience in the dental industry.

Jan has been at home in Carthage the past 10 years. She loves spending time with her children and granddaughter. She also enjoys quilting, crafting, camping, fishing and being active at church.

When it comes to FDN Jan says, “Words can’t express how much I enjoy my role here at FDN. I get to meet so many wonderful patients and help them keep a healthy smile while working with a great dental team.”

BREANNA WALKER, RDH

Breanna grew up in Neosho and graduated from Neosho High School. She went on to Missouri Southern State University completing a Bachelor of Health Science – Dental Hygiene and a biology minor.

She loves spending time with husband, Brek and two daughters, Adelynn and Peyton. Spending time with family, cooking and fun activities with her girls are her favorites!

Meeting new patients and getting to know them makes her career special. After 10 years of being a Dr. Reagan patient, she finds it, “awesome getting to be a part of this amazing practice after being a patient for so long!”
