Payment is due at the time of your treatment. However, we will review financial options before we begin your treatment.


Fees are set in consideration of the time, materials and workmanship necessary for excellence and quality of treatment. You will find them to be generally consistent with dental fees for similar services in the Southwest Missouri area. We are sensitive to your budgetary needs, and we provide several options for payment.

If you need financial assistance, we will be happy to present our payment options to you. These include CareCredit, which offers 6-12 months of interest-free payment plans (assuming eligibility.) Our office is committed to helping you get the greatest return from your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. You must pay your estimated patient portion at the time of service.

As a service to you, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, and you must pay it in full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
